That is a wonderful tip to fix the mouse problem. But i face another problem with Vista, some time my display driver stops working. can any one tell me the possible reason for it?

I found another site with instructions on removing another file in the inf folder, this resolved the issue permanently.

Hello,

I followed these steps and was able to get the mouse responding; however, it didn’t provide a permanent fix. The driver is still reinstalling after each reboot. Did I miss something?
