Google wave invite giveaway from Techie Zone

After the beta launch of Google wave on 30th September, it has become a craze among netizens. But only a privileged few got access to Wave as Google initially invited only 100, 000 people that includes developers, Apps customer and general public. Like any net crazy person, even I was waiting to be lucky on 30th September to get the invitation from google as I requested for Wave invite in the very early days, but I got lucky only a few days back when I saw that much awaited email from wave-noreply@google.com in my gmail inbox. This is the email I received from Google.

Though I received it 2 days back, I am posting t only now as I am completely stuck with so many works at this moment (Hopefully everything will be fine and I can start my normal blogging again).

And as I have become lucky to get the wave invite, and all of you know that a person receiving direct invitation from google for Google Wave can invite upto 8 of his friends in order to test this system better by collaborating with them in realtime. Right now I have a few invitations left with me and I am sure many of the millions of netizens including the readers of Techie Zone are still looking for a google wave invite, I take this privileged to share 3 Google Wave invites with the esteemed readers of Techie Zone.

In order to be eligible for the invite, you just need to do a simple task:

1. Twit this Post link from your twitter account or Publish it in Facebook and write a comment pointing to your twitter/facebook page link where you posted and leave your gmail ID in the email field of the comment form. Also write whay you want wave in a few words.

2. Share this link in any of the social bookmark sites like Digg, Reddit, Stumbleupon, Mixx, Furl. You can find the share link at the bottom of the post. Once you share it, please provide your social bookmark account name in the comment section and put your gmail ID in the email field of the comment form. Also write whay you want wave in a few words.

This will be open for 6 days and I will choose 3 winners on Next Thursday ( 22nd Oct which is my Birth day as well launch date for Windows 7) and publish the names. Afterward I will send them the invite.

So do not make delay and get ready with action to join the league of Extra Ordinary Wave users.

You’re one lucky blogger to have one. Perhaps, I was a bit late to request for an invite that’s why I did get one from Google. I haven’t posted something about this on my blog because of it.

I don’t know if you’re going to share yours without getting anything in return, would you?

According to the blog post to be eligible to get an invite you need to perform either of the 2 things mentioned. Once you do that your name will come in the list of eligible person to receive the invite.

I read a review that stated the development community was excited about Wave. I head that it has a cool feature for realtime language translation which I think is pretty cool.
