Windows 7 is on the verge of release and the user interface in Windows 7 is one of the coolest thing. So the designer community have tried their best to port the Windows 7 themes and icon pack for other version of Windows. These will give the other Windows version a similar feel as that of Windows 7.  So people who are yet to get a chance to experience Windows 7 can use these themes and icon packs on their existing Operating system and get a first hand feel of Windows 7.

Here I have selected the best of the themes and customization pack available for free. So feel free to download and use them.

Windows 7 theme for XP

  5. Windows 7 looks so similar to vista, but there are some cool new features. i guess if your into that style this little tweak is for you. i personally just downloaded and am using the trial of windows 7. nothing looks more like windows 7 than windows 7 lol

  9. In my opinion, Microsoft didn’t correct all the bugs in Vista, but launches Windows 7 already :) Generally speaking, you need a PC not for interface or desctop theme…

  11. Windows 7 is supposed to be Vista SP2 by all accounts – I have to say I really like Vista and after the initial driver problems I don’t see what peoples problems are – it’s way better than XP ever was.

  14. i agree with hoolignn windows 7 have a cool themes more than xp and vista.and another themes is very beautiful.windows 7 more than good view and good perfomance.i think windows 7 is new generation in vista or the vista final release?it’s right?
