The official entrecard toolbar has been released
Finally the Entrecard team has come up with their toolbar called ENTREBAR. I was waiting for this day to start using the Entrecard toolbar. This toolbar is looking damn hot on my Firefox now. And I think this is one of the most sought after release from users. But wait…the toolbar has only been released for the world’s best browser that is no doubt for Firefox. Onnnce this is installed on your browser all your Entrecard related work is much easier. You can drop card to random blogs, remembered the random stumbles with SU toolbar? You can go to Drop inbox and buy ads on any other Entrecard sites with the click of a button.
Now you must be excited to download the toolbar and see it in action. Well Please download the Entrecard toolbar now.
Some of the features of Entre card toolbar are Quick Account Switching, your personal account details, Who to browse and how to browse, jump button, one touch favorites, One-Click Advertising, Interaction Menu and Entrecard Menu for login and logout.

Thanks. I’m going to have to check this out. I was very active in the Entrecard community until a couple of months ago. It seemed like such a great idea, but I found the quality of traffic I was getting to be lacking. Still, it can be a great way to network in your niche, I suppose, and with tools like this it may enjoy a surge in popularity.

I have not talked about Entrecard lately and I have gotten a good deal of traffic from them lately. This means that I really should talk about it again. I truly believe that they can be a Godsend to blogs that are having trouble getting regular readers. As far as traffic building goes you really do get out of it as much as you put in. It is also a very nice community.
The addition of the Entrebar has made my life much easier. I can do my drops with little to no extra thought. As soon as I sit at the computer in the morning I open up Firefox and sign on to the toolbar. I open up my email and also open 10 blogs. I read a few emails while the blogs load and then go through the blogs. I go back and forth like that until all my emails are taken care of. Then I go about any other business I need to take care of while more blogs load.
I do this back and forth routine and before I know it I have finished my drops. The Entrebar is so easy and thoughtless that I often find my kids doing drops for me. I will get up to get some coffee and come back to find my kids sitting there. For those that know that I did not see being able to have multiple blogs and being able to drop on them all… this is why I am able to. My teenager does some of my drops for me. She is becoming addicted to blogs now.

And now Entrecard is up for sale on Sitepoint. The minimum bid is $100,000 and the reserve is somewhere close to a million. It is a great idea with lots of ways to monetize it but apparently the current owner doesn’t have the time or resources to keep it up anymore.

This tool is awesome on one of my blogs I have recieved over 300 new visitors from droping cards, Might not seem like a whole lot but it was pretty easy and it is free traffic what else can you ask for right

Not a fan of EC as too many issues with the site and the owner as indicated by many bog posts. It’s however great for upcoming blogs but not for those blogs that are established. It’s a cheap and fast way to get traffic, but you will sacrifice something more important, and that is bounce rate will explode.
It’s unfortunate that it’s ran by a kid who just doesn’t get it. Too many false promises.
